Dr Ang graduated from Monash University. She completed her training in Geriatric Medicine in 2019 through Western Health and Monash Health.
She is a Geriatrician at Western Health currently.
She enjoys providing comprehensive geriatric assessment and management, with special interests in falls and balance, and dementia.

Dr Baey is a specialist Geriatrician, who trained in Monash Health and Alfred Health, with an understanding of the complex health needs of older adults. He aims to deliver compassionate and empathetic care to his patients and support them in shared decision making.
Apart from honing communication skills, Dr Baey also has experience in managing a range of geriatric syndromes including frailty, dementia, behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD), delirium, falls, osteoporosis, continence, polypharmacy, as well as advance care planning and end-of-life discussions.

Dr Chan graduated from Monash University and completed his Geriatric Medicine training working in The Royal Melbourne Hospital and Austin Health. He currently works as a Geriatrician at Austin Health.
His areas of interest include chronic disease management, polypharmacy and management of Behavioural and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia (BPSD) in residential care facilities.

Dr Chua graduated from Melbourne University and completed her Geriatric Medicine training in 2017. She works at Austin Health and Northern Hospital.
She has a particular interest in cognitive assessment, management of behavioural challenges associated with dementia, frailty and palliative care. Outside of medicine, she is a busy mum and enjoys travelling.

Dr Corinne Chong graduated from Monash University and completed her specialist Geriatrics and General Medicine Training in 2021.
She works in Eastern Health in General Medicine and Geriatrics and is also involved in teaching Medical students and junior doctors.
She devotes herself in providing her patients a holistic and patient centred approach. Her interests are polypharmacy management, falls prevention and advance care planning.
Dr Chong is fluent in Mauritian, Creole and enjoys a walk in nature during her free time.

Paul graduated from Monash university with honours in 2015. Aspiring to be a geriatrician as a student, he completed his geriatric medicine training in 2022 through Monash Health and Peninsula Health.
He put importance in evidence based medicine in clinical work and has interest in all matters related to geriatric medicine from comprehensive geriatric assessment to acute and Ortho-geriatric medicine. Paul also currently works in Monash Health.

Dr Floyd Dias graduated from Monash University. He completed specialist training in Geriatric Medicine and General Medicine at Monash Health and Alfred Health.
Additionally, he has completed a Master of Medicine at the University of Sydney and a Clinical Foundation in Palliative Medicine through the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.
He is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in both the residential care and clinic settings to help every individual age with quality of life and dignity. His areas of interest include dementia management, fall prevention, and comprehensive geriatric assessments. In his spare time, Floyd enjoys hiking and cooking.

Dr Goh graduated from Melbourne University completed his Geriatric Medicine training in 2015.
He previously worked as a Geriatrician in Western Australia, before spending 2 years in Bristol and London, UK working on the acute Aged Care wards and supervising junior doctor education.
He has an interest in dementia management and falls.

Dr. Luke Ho is a qualified geriatrician, who completed specialist fellowship training in geriatric medicine at Western Health, Austin Health, and Northern Health.
He holds a public position at Northern Health, pioneering the Geriatrician in Emergency Department Intervention Programme.
Apart from clinical expertise in general geriatrics and complex dementia care, he has special interests in neurodiversity and ageing, aged psychiatry, and palliative care.
He is fluent in Mandarin, and speaks conversational Italian. When not caring for patients, Dr. Ho enjoys tending to his backyard garden and spending time with his daughter.

Catrina completed her MBBS with Honours at Monash University. She completed training in Geriatric Medicine in 2020.
During her training, Catrina gained experience in Intensive Care, General Medicine and Palliative Care, completing a Clinical Diploma in Palliative Medicine through the Palliative Medicine Chapter of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.
In addition to general Geriatric Medicine, Catrina has an interest in advanced care planning as a dynamic process of identifying relevant health goals through stages of life.

Dr Law graduated from Melbourne University and completed her Geriatric Medicine training in 2016. She works at Peninsula Health on the Aged Care wards, outpatient clinics and community aged care assessment service.
She is responsible for junior medical staff teaching and a supervisor for trainee registrars. She has an interest in cognitive assessment and dementia management, falls and polypharmacy. She is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Dr Low graduated from University of Adelaide and completed her Geriatric Medicine training in 2014. She works at Northern Health as a General Physician and Geriatrician, at Eastern Health as a locum Geriatrician, and at Carrington Health Falls and Balance Clinic.
Ling is also a Teaching Associate with Monash University. She is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese.

Dr Bonnie Lui graduated from the University of Melbourne and completed dual specialist training in Geriatric Medicine and Palliative Medicine in 2021.
She has also completed a Master of Medicine that encompassed core studies in perioperative medicine and additional studies in healthcare quality improvement.
Bonnie’s areas of interest include advance care planning, chronic disease and symptom management, as well as Behavioural and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia (BPSD) management, especially in residential care facilities.

Dr Ong graduated from the University of Melbourne and completed his Geriatric Medicine training in 2012. He works as a Geriatrician at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, consulting in the Continence Clinic, conducting urodynamic studies, education and research.
He also has a keen interest in dementia and BPSD management.

Dr Soo is a Consultant Physician specialising in Perioperative and Geriatric Medicine. He graduated from the University of Melbourne and has completed dual specialty physician training in 2012. He has since been recognised as a Graduate of the Chapter of Perioperative Medicine (ANZCA) and attained a PhD in Medicine, a Diploma in Geriatric Oncology, and a Clinical Diploma in Palliative Medicine.
With extensive experience across both public and private healthcare settings, he is dedicated to providing proactive, person-centred care focused on optimising health and promoting healthy longevity.
Dr Soo’s clinical expertise includes comprehensive health assessment, perioperative care, cancer supportive and survivorship care, fall prevention, and lymphoedema management. In addition to his clinical practice, he is actively involved in research on ageing, frailty, and resilience.
His work, published in leading medical journals such as the Lancet Healthy Longevity, focuses on developing evidence-based, integrated care models to improve health outcomes for older adults, particularly those with cancer.

Dr Kaur is a dedicated geriatrician with a deep passion for providing compassionate, patient-centred care to older adults. With a focus on enhancing quality of life and promoting healthy aging, Dr. Kaur brings extensive experience in managing complex medical conditions associated with aging having trained primarily at Monash Health and Peninsula Health.
She is known for her warm, attentive approach and strong advocacy for her patients, she works closely with families and caregivers to create individualized care plans that support independence and dignity. Her areas of interest include frailty, falls and balance, polypharmacy, delirium, dementia including BPSD management, advance care planning and palliative care.
Committed to lifelong learning, Dr. Kaur stays at the forefront of geriatric medicine to ensure her patients receive the most effective and up-to-date care. Dr Kaur is also fluent in Malay, English, Hindi and Punjabi.

Dr Tang graduated from Monash University with Honours and completed her Geriatric Medicine training in 2014.
She works at Northern Health, on the Aged Care wards, Transition Care Program, residential care InReach service and Memory Clinic. She has an interest in the diagnosis and management of dementia, and advanced care planning.
She is a supervisor for Geriatric Medicine trainee registrars and is involved in medical student education.

Dr Tay graduated from Monash University and completed his Geriatric Medicine training in 2018. He works at Monash Health and Peninsula Health.
He has an interest in dementia, polypharmacy, falls and management of Behavioural and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia (BPSD) in residential care facilities.

Dr Tong graduated from the University of Melbourne and completed Geriatric Medicine training in 2018. She is also a Palliative Medicine Physician.
En’en works at Northern Health as a Geriatrician and Hospital in the Home Physician, as well as a clinical tutor with the University of Melbourne Medical School.
Her areas of interests include continence management, frailty, advance care planning, as well as navigating the intersection between chronic disease management and palliative care in residential care facilities.

Dr Wu graduated from the University of Melbourne with Honours and completed his specialist Geriatric Medicine and Internal Medicine training in 2021. Dr Wu also works as a general physician and geriatrician at St Vincent’s Hospital.
His areas of interest include cognitive assessment, management of dementia, falls, and other chronic diseases.
Dr Wu is fluent in Mandarin and Hokkien.

Dr Yao graduated from University of Melbourne and completed his Geriatric Medicine training in 2019. He currently works at Austin Health.
He has a keen interest in cognitive assessment, chronic disease management (including dementia), and falls/movement disorder. He is fluent in Mandarin.

Dr Yap received her Doctor of Medicine (MD) at the University of Melbourne in 2016. She completed her Geriatric Medicine training in 2023 through Alfred, Austin and Northern Health.
Currently, she works as a Geriatrician at Northern Health, across acute inpatient wards, outpatient memory and complex decision-making clinics, and residential in-reach services.
Dr. Yap’s clinical interests revolve around dementia, frailty, and perioperative medicine. She takes great satisfaction in supporting patients and families facing challenging health decisions and providing personalised care.

Dr. Ying Yu graduated from Monash University in 2011 and completed specialist training in Geriatric Medicine in 2020.
Her areas of interest are: comprehensive health assessment for older people, chronic disease management, falls prevention/bone health, cognitive assessment, and BPSD management.
She also speaks fluent Mandarin.
